[求医问药] 年纪轻轻身体咋不行了？

【咨询人病因及症狀】：第完第一次后就非常困，然后第二次勃起很慢。
【咨询人详细描述】：和老婆（未婚妻）一周相聚一次，为什么只做一次就很困，弟弟很难勃起第二次。以前（前女友）做爱时第一次射完了，休息几分钟能立马来第二次，而且很有精神的那种。现在第一次做完了就想睡，或者得休息很久很久才能来第二次。以前一晚上能整三次，现在一晚上第二次做完彻底累了。。。。另外，我感觉无论是打飞机还是做爱，射精后两脚心有点麻，混身乏力。
我今年才24啊，怎么还没结婚就这样了？是肾有问题还是身体缺锻炼呀？求各位兄台给点意见，感激不尽！！！
