主要是心理问题，感觉你已经习惯你爱人的性交方式，给不到你新鲜感，多学习如何找性趣。把这个问题告诉爱人，共同面对，也有可能在潜意识中，爱人在过去给过你压力，导致你心有包袱。导致很想快点结束。拉长开始的前奏，比如聊聊天，一起洗个热水澡，抚摸等等，希望能帮到楼主，性爱就像一本书，当感觉乏味的时候，换种方式阅读或体验
