我的赞助会员账号上不去

您好，我在你们这办了三年的赞助会员，上个月上不去了，今年12月份才到期，现在一登录就说我被封了，但是什么原因我都不知道。

我想起来，我的号总是被人修改密码，我都改了好多次了，什么时候那个禁访能被解开啊，我这个账号用了好多年了，能不能恢复一下啊，我加个二级验证码，升级下会员啥的

好吧，谢谢了，我这账号都用了快十年了，你们之前sis001的时候就用了，那我用这个新的吧，主要是我收藏的那些帖子白瞎了
