　糖渍白萝卜丝方 将白萝卜洗净切成丝，挤掉汁液后，加入适量白糖。每天早晨吃1小盘这种糖渍白萝卜丝，就会感到抽烟一点味道都没有。

　　饮普洱茶方 临床试验证实，吸烟者若每天饮用3～4杯普洱茶，便会变得不想抽烟。长久饮茶即能戒烟。

　　中药戒烟方 地龙、鱼腥草各12克，远志15克，加水500毫升煎煮，早晨空腹一次服下，随即开始戒烟。服药之初仍有思烟之感，但只要坚持服中药3～5天，烟瘾即可逐渐消除，而且会厌恶烟味。

我也没什么好办法，只能提供几个戒烟的中药方子
